Cancellation policy

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge before they are fulfilled. To request a cancellation, email hello@bronzeageco.com with your order number as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after order processing or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and our Refund Policy will apply.

Order or address changes

If you need to change an item or shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request before fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Approved cancellations

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
