Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders.

Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address changes and cancellations

Email hello@bronzeageco.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes or cancellations before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee them after processing begins.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@bronzeageco.com promptly with your order number and photos. If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us. We will help investigate the shipment.
