Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try Bronze Age for up to 30 days after delivery. If it isn’t right for you, email hello@bronzeageco.com with your order number to request return authorization. To qualify, the opened bottle must be returned with at least 50% of the product remaining. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We may waive the return requirement at our discretion. Limited to one opened-bottle claim per customer or household.

Additional bottles must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Bundle refunds are calculated using the discounted price paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect orders. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, or after we approve a waiver of the return requirement.

We reserve the right to decline late, incomplete, repeated, or abusive claims, including claims involving empty, substantially used, or altered bottles.
